When my hands were just plain hurting from pulling the nails, what was so funny is it mainly hurt when I stopped the activity. I figure athletes must do this all the time. If people stopped when it hurt, who would ever complete a marathon etc...?<BR/><BR/>I hope it works for you this way! My hands- they took a while to feel "normal" again. I think I may have transformed them with this activity though.
