And They're In!
First, a little B&A action....
One went in without a hitch and the other one went in with a slight struggle. I need to paint the outside where the glazing putty is, but after that, these are done!
The foyer is a little darker with the new windows, but it's not too bad. They really improve the room. This is another one of those projects where after it is done I have to ask myself, "What the hell was I thinking when I decided to make these windows". It was really a lot of work, but I had to do something.

I love them!! Great job!
I think they look great. I did something similar on the back door of my Gothic revival
Like the cherry on top of the banana split!
Beautiful!
Just wonderful!!
lovely
Just when we thought the foyer couldn't get any better, and now this! A wonderful addition to the pie foyer. Let's see, the walls are banana cream and lemon chiffon? And now we have cherry, coconut cream, and wild maine blueberry? A nice nod to your fans on the east coast, thanks!
But seriously, I love what it does to the quality of light in the foyer. I was in a coffee house the other day where they had replaced all the light fixtures with colored bulbs. Seriously, it was actually a really nice effect. So, my quick and dirty fix will be to change out the light bulbs in the gameroom in the basement for RGB colored lights. Me: slumming. Petch house: the way it should be.
Very nice!
